Documents: The documents below must be completed and signed. Include them with your check to complete the paperwork and financial portion of your membership. (Admin:  This is document ID #73 when it needs editing).

1. MRRA Renewal Addendum (PDF) Read, then e-sign in section 5e on the Billing tab of My Membership.
2. NOARA Waiver of Liability (Online Form at the NOARA website) Fill in the form, read the waiver, check the box and Submit.
3. UML Boathouse Membership Application (DocuSign Online Form).
4. UML Safety Policy (PDF) Read and e-sign in section 5e on the Billing tab of My Membership.
5. UML Swim Certification (PDF) Take this form to a local YMCA or other pool with a Red Cross lifeguard who is approved to administer a swim test. Required for new members who wish to row.
6. USRowing SafeSport Policy (PDF) New in 2022; read it and e-sign in section 5e on the Billing tab of My Membership to certify that you have read it.

Captain's Test

• MRRA Boat Handling Test form. A sculler who wishes to join the MRRA with sculling privileges in the 1x must pass this test.

Safety Video: You must view the safety video prior to rowing. Group viewing sessions are scheduled and announced to the membership in advance, but if you're in a hurry watch the video online using the link in Item 7 above. If you attend a group viewing, attendance is taken and your membership record will be updated by Admin - you do not need to submit paperwork; just be sure that your attendance is recorded at the screening you attend.  If you watch the video on your own, it uses the honor system so do not e-sign your membership application until you've viewed the video.

Payments: For payments, review your current charges in the "billing" tab in My Membership.  We prefer that you pay with PayPal (all major credit cards are accepted).  If you wish to pay by check, make your check out to "MRRA", be sure to name yourself on the check if it's not obvious, and send it to:
